I wish to select start and stop time, format and resolution for download file, and download from any site.

I want to be able to download any video with audio from any page, so it takes the raw info from the buffer on the server and manages the raw data there, so I can set the start and stop time to put in the downloaded file, as well as select the format and resolution for the downloaded file. A very basic video editor that only selects those things, and maybe repairs the audio and video synchronization would be nice (For the ones that are off).

Why have .flv link disappeared ? Is this downloader or youtube ? Always used to use this format fine
