The last month i get videos with lag or voice delay using uc fast download V12.2.0.1089 all the time and the lag is not nice

Did someone recently take over this site? It has gone from useful to pain in the ass overnight. Why all of a sudden do we need to login to use what has been for more than a year simple click and done?
