i hit the button it starts to load the download at the http bar but then just stops and freezes youtube...it doesn't freeze safari just youtube...

Hello, the site is working properly, the problem of downloading from behind the Safari browser, with this we unfortunately can not do anything.
You can use another browser or the Televzr application.
Can't/unable to download YouTube videos, freezes/won't load
YouTube videos no longer able to be downloaded. Attempts to take you to a googlevideo page to be able to download it, but it just stays loading when you click the download button provided by the extension. Still working for other websites, like Instagram. Latest version - 7.82.

Everytime I save a video from YouTube (the only site I use this for, so can't test others). The file saves as "videoplayback".
I have to manually type in the name.
