When I either click the download green arrow from within YouTube or even paste in the link at savefrom.net, it only plays the video, not downloads it.

Unable downloading youtube videos. Everything used to be fine before the final update (7.82). [Safari, MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6]

video downloading twice in latest mobile app

Everytime i download a video from youtube using savefrom.net android app in my Xiaomi redmi 4, it starts two downloads. This problem is happening after the update. And 1 more thing, the savefrom don't work with (short ) link shared from youtube app.I have to copy the link, open the page in browser then copy the url and paste in the app.Then only i can download the video.Its very frustrating and completely destroys the whole benefit of having an app.Please fix it

video's name on the new layout

the new layout is fine; nothing to say other than it feels the same except heavier, but that is still fine on my part, but it is great if I could see the name of the video I am downloading as well. All videos I downloaded via this website are all happened to be named videoplayback.mp4 by default, and I pretty much used the name displayed to copy and paste the name, so that has never been a problem for me.


I'm sorry, but if this continues, I will have to stop using your service. You have no idea how hard it is to find a working video downloading service that is easy to use, free and has 360p (since most seems to have been obsessed with 480p)


Please return the name of the video back to the layout.

Hello, unfortunately we can not influence this, downloading is done directly from Youtube.
It is the site Youtube gives with this name.

Hello, Subtitles can only be downloaded if they are connected to a video and not created automatically.
You can download them via: http://en.savefrom.net or SaveFrom.net Helper (extension).
Subtitles can be downloaded in an xml format.
