YouTube Upload Error "Invalid Format"

I have been downloading videos from youtube using Savefrom.net and uploading again on youtube for many months successfully.

But since a couple of days, there is some kind of format problem. Youtube rejects my video while processing the video. What has changed? Why the downloaded video is not compatible with the youtube requirements. Please guide me thanks.
