 I'm using safari, the latest version. I've installed 7.30 of savefrom. Here's the file where subtitles are not downloading:  I can't read the other areas to fill in!?!?

Hello, Subtitles can only be downloaded if they are connected to a video and not created automatically.
You can download them via: http://en.savefrom.net or SaveFrom.net Helper (extension).
Subtitles can be downloaded in an xml format.
