preference file of chrome ruined

after installed SaveFromNetHelper-Web-Inst-340(choosed english lauguage because not chinese option), chrome 34.0.1847.116 m(chinese lauguage) report that preference file ruined, all other extensions are gone. I have to reinstall chrome for recover.

i wanna try to add helper to add in my browser but when i try to add they need permission but when i give permissionit wanna open a new windows and open my browser as administrator but i wanna use it on my standard user but it can't add there i try many time but can't add there so please help me...to add helper and post answer because in my lab many user are facess these problem.
