Error: can't download the file

It showing Please get a new link for downloading file. In case error occurs again contact us via feedback form when I click on download link. I'm trying to refresh but it's still not working. Please fix this problem.

Could you please send a few links you can't download. We will check it out.
Do you download via the extension SaveFrom.net Helper or the website SaveFrom.net?
For the better understanding it'll be great to see a screenshot with the error.
