I just want to download 360p video. When I see 720p video file; I want to change the video quality to 360p; but it is impossible to change

No Audio files can be downloaded from youtube.com from the latest version

Buenas, cuando pongo a descargar los en mp3 sale asi (ffmpeg-3.2-win32-static) y no se puede descargar en mp3.
