Not Allowing Music Videos

I am on safari 13.0.5, Mac OS 10.14.6

What I'm noticing is the video with music on them can con not be downloaded.

The button won't work. I used hard download to force it but then ill get  this

I have been using this downloaded for months now but whenever I try to download something it just says service is not available. How can I fix this?


I use the website en.savefrom.net

Browser: Mobile Safari UI/WKWebView iOS
