ALL Youtube links all fail with the error "Download link not found". Other download sites all fail also with less information. I have also used VPN, the issue appears to be worldwide. Has YouTube blocked downloads because of YouTube RED?

Can’t Download Certain Videos?

So I’m a video editor.. and I use savefrom.net to get some of the songs I use (because they aren’t accessible anywhere else). I was trying to download one and it gave me the message: “Download link not found.” I thought that maybe the website was down or something, until I tried downloading a video that wasn’t a song, and it seemed perfectly fine. The song still wouldn’t work. Help? I kinda need that..

It asked me to finally download waveform.net. So I did. Whenever I try to copy a URL and insert it in the search bar of the savefrom.net wesite it won't allow me to download the video that I need.
