When i try to watch the preview says "The media could not be loaded..." and Error:Forbbiden when I try to download.
When I try to play the video preview of my work always displays: "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported." And when to try to download the file I cant do it , always chrome says "error: Forbidden". My computer is from my work but previously I could do it.

hola amigos, descargo el video y tiene 0 bytes ayuda
el video se descarga, pero cuando quiero reproducirlo, solo esta el nombre y pesa 0 bytes, es como que solo baja el nombre no el archivo completo
