cancel subscription, your service is broken

It's been several weeks now, and still nothing loads.  It can be under review for how long?  I even subscribed (during the time of broken service, thinking maybe the problem was with the download at lower quality was the issue).  I pay you monthly, I made an awful mistake because it is still broken.  I can almost bet I will never be able to get my money back.

To be honest, I loved your service for 6 months! BUT NOW?  I get is the "Sorry wrong link message"    I thought you all fixed this?  

Please cancel or tell me how to cancel my account.  I am a youtuber and need to find another downloading service.
