Symantec detects helper installer as a generic trojan
Downloading of SaveFromNetHelper-Web-2e6fc9680c.exe in Google Chrome is impossible because Symantec Endpoint Protection detects Trojan.Gen.SMH
I believe it is a false positive, nonetheless you could consider to make the installer less suspicious.

Successful installation page won't go away
I have succesfully installed SaveFrom in Safari. The page that tells me it successfully installed keeps appearing on startup. I can click on the "X" and it goes away, but I need it to stop appearing.

Здравствуйте, попробуйте выключить и включить расширение, если не поможет переустановите расширение прежде удалив прежний.
Перед тем как это случилось у вас не было ни каких неприятностей с компьютером или браузером?
