Successful installation page won't go away

I have succesfully installed SaveFrom in Safari. The page that tells me it successfully installed keeps appearing on startup. I can click on the "X" and it goes away, but I need it to stop appearing.

Извините, я написал что при включённом английском языке не работает, я ошибся, оно со всеми перестало работать, не знаю почему :С

Здравствуйте, попробуйте выключить и включить расширение, если не поможет переустановите расширение прежде удалив прежний.
Перед тем как это случилось у вас не было ни каких неприятностей с компьютером или браузером?

i can'tdownload the vidoe from tamilgun website. kindly check it out plz. last time i can download the vidoe from there. bt once i upgrade im facing this kind of problem
