Do you download via the extension SaveFrom.net Helper or the website SaveFrom.net?

Problem in Downloading
Respected Sir ,
The app doesn't work properly. As one inserts a link and clicks on download, it sometimes doesn't provide all options i.e. whether to download 144/244/360p.
The other issue now is that when one clicks on download it opens up other page" Televzr Player".
Please look into it as this is causing inconvenience.
Hope you would fix it soon.
