UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD ANYTHING!

Dear Sir,  Since a few days, I am not able to download anything either from Youtube or Facebook!  While the 'Download Button' appears in Youtube, it does not appear in Facebook!  When the Download Button in Youtube is pressed, it takes to the 'Download Link' of my Browswer, where the Title of the concerned Video appears but a remark stating 'Unknown time remaining -- 0 bytes' appears there; and after a while, another remark stating 'Failed' appears and there ends the matter.  I love the SaveFrom.net Helper but equally helpless.  As I am impatient to wait, please resolve this issue IMMEDIATELY and help me.  Eagerly awaiting your IMMEDIATE RESPONSE!  -- DR Y N RAO
