Download Links Not Working on YouTube (Red Exclamation marks keep appearing)

I've been having problems downloading videos from YouTube since this morning. Red exclamation points keep appearing, every time I try to download a video from YouTube, so I'm using the savefrom.net website for the time being. I hope this gets fixed ASAP.

Everytime i download a video from youtube it says "Access to r4---sn-5ualdnee.googlevideo.com was denied." I have no clue if it's chrome of just this extension.
