Refresh needed for youtube to download videos now, post recent updates.

A page refresh must be used before videos will download from youtube using the new MeedleMonkey script loader runtime infrastructure.

NOTE: It still works fine on my latest copy of Opera, odd that it seems to be just isolated to Chrome.
