When I click the green arrow on Facebook to download I am getting a message that says "No Links Were Found' and the download is not working.

when I try to run from within documents browser it says download not supported on browser and goes to vidpaw.com. It used to work, what has gone wrong?

The download rate becomes zero and after some time it starts downloading again. there is no problem with the connection
