Twitter won;t process mp4 file downloaded from savefrom.net
Downloaded a bideo following instructions, got a 5.9 mb file, tried to post to Twitter and Twitter would not post the file after it uploaded to Twitter. File is in wrong mp4 format apparently, similar just over 1-minute files are much larger like around 80-200 mb and Twitter will post those.
