Hello. Reinstall the extension, remove the Tampermonkey extension and Install SaveFrom.net Helper again.

Can't download videos with Safari 11.0.3

I am using Safari 11.0.3 on a MacBook Pro. I used to be able to download videos with a click of the green button but now it only plays the video at the desired setting. Please advise

downloaded video name is always videoplayback

since about a week ago, when I download any video from youtube, it is always named "videoplayback" instead of the video name. I am using android , the problem is on chrome browser and the samsung browser as well
