This is the mobile version in Firefox. As u can see,  there is no download button , which used to appear beside the + icon.

This is the desktop version in Firefox,  using HP. There is a download button.

After I click the download button,  it normally has a notification that it is downloading but there isn't.

As you can see,  there is no new download under my downloads from Firefox.

 Sorry I just realised that I must open desktop version on my HP then I can see the download button. But I've tried clicking it and it does not work. 

However,  previously when I remain in mobile version,  I am able to download all my YouTube videos. 

Now,  none of the videos can be downloaded.
