im sorry for being so difficult. - i did all the steps but now i have a problem that happens so often.. that i cant even download music from vk . (soundcloud, youtube works though)... is it comon with version 8.0 that people cant downlload from vk?

also what i noticed:

in firefox when i click on savefrom addon logo, it never says that i can update . i can only update if i download it from firefox addons libary. :/ ... i mean it doesnt show that there is an update even though there is one on firefox addons library 

The extension you have is the latest version, you do not need to update it.

Look in the settings of the browser. Isn't the blocking of third-party cookies enabled?

hello , im back from vacation. i tried this . and i  can download but i have the same problem like in the beginning.. i get lik 30 /kbs tracks downloading .. and spontaniously i can download random full length tracks but mostly its not.. what else can i try? deletingcoockies and cache i tried again but didnt help.. :/  also on chrome explorer, same thing happens. even the downloaded song doesnt show the name but it has always "index" in the file name
