Download Problem After Advt is flashed

If I am pasting my link after the advt. is flashed, it takes much time and then says some unknown error occured. Again I am refreshing the webpage en.savefrom.net and then pasting before the flashing of advt. Then download option shows up.

This problem happens with any website not just Instagram or YouTube. For instance here I have used an Instagram link. 

My device and browser information being: 

Browser: Chrome Mobile 63.0.3239 Android

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 4.4.2; Panasonic P55 Novo Build/KOT49H) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.83 Mobile Safari/537.36
