I have the same problem with ssyoutube.com. No error pops up but when I click on the mp4 format to download it just fails to download. Although the 3gp format works but the quality is not satisfactory. Is it because I am using ssyoutube from my phone?

I had a similar issue when a downloader stopped working. You could try YT1S as an alternative; it supports YouTube downloads in MP3 and MP4 formats and is pretty straightforward to use. Just make sure you have permission to download the content you’re using.
