Helper addon not recognized?

Your webpage does not seem to be able to identify my Firefox's Savefrom helper addon. I installed it and I still can't download any video in HD (still telling me to download the addon).
This was not the case with the earlier version of the plugin (1.4 if I recall correctly).
Any help / thoughts?
