your download service continually drops the connection on the video, making me have to start a new download. this is a poor service and its sucking your BW dry, a lower download rate would be easily worth not having to to restart 5 times.
Solution
no, its a problem on your side, I dont have a problem downloading large files with my connection at all. this is an issue that happens with your service only. I'm not surprised though. admitting to fault is something pretty much no one will ever do.
