Facebook Arrow Download Button Not Showing Anymore

When I would browse images on Facebook there would be an arrow to click to download the image. Now that is gone and I have to click and drag the image to save onto desktop. I checked settings and saw that FB was switched off (not sure why) so I switched it back on but the arrow to download still isn't there.
