В майле ваще пропал помощник ,в одноклассниках давно пустые файлы скачиваются.Что делать?

Здравствуйте, скорее всего вы пользуетесь браузером Google Chrome.
В настройках помощника нужно поставить галочку в пункте "Расширенный режим закачки".
Переустановите расширение прежде удалив предыдущий. Удалите Tampermonkey из расширений.
Установите заново.
