I didn't know that Tampermonkey was no longer the extension used for Savefromnet!  Thank you for the instructions to install Meddlemonkey instead.  I removed Tampermonkey, reinstalled Savefromnet  and added the Meddlemonkey, and the green arrow appears again. Yayyy!  and thank you so much! Cris

Also, the link you gave me sent me to the "Frequently asked questions" page, and I couldn't find anything about uninstalling and reinstalling extensions. None of the topics were relevant.  Sorry about that. 

By the way, is there another name for the extension   userjs-chrome 8.15.2, because I also couldn't find it when I searched for it online. 

Where would I find the extension   userjs-chrome 8.15.2 to uninstall and reinstall?  I can't find it on my computer or on my list of Google extensions. The only other extensions listed were "docs",  "Google docs",  "Sheets", and "Slides".  I removed all of these except Tampermonkey, because you said to  reinstall the userjs -chrome 8.15.2  before removing Tampermonkey. Thank you.

How do I reinstall the extension? Do I have to uninstall it first? It doesn't show up in "add and remove programs" on my computer. Same with Tampermonkey. Thank you. 

Also, I always use the latest version of Google Chrome as my browser, and I have the latest version of Windows 10 (1809) with the latest Windows updates from last Tuesday. 

By the way, the green arrow still shows up on youtube videos. I'm only having problems downloading on Instagram. Thank you.
