I do not understand your question. I have supplied full details of my actions, and steps taken. I have also supplied the full URL which appeared after I clicked on download using the app. I am following your online instructions, as well as, your comment instructions here and neither the app nor the website are working correctly. 

There appears to be an error within either your program or the design of the app. As I read comments for the televzr app, I see that many many others are having the exact same problems. How, then, can I give you more information? 

Please respond, I do wish to have the savefrom service back. I have successfully downloaded dozens of videos from both YouTube, and other sources. So I am quite familiar with how to download and how to use the service.

I have downloaded and installed the TeleVZR app from the Apple store, so the problem is not that I don’t have it installed. ..
