Always has been locked and I haven't any problems before (to see the video from the main page or download it), this trouble begun 3 weeks ago. 

I cant do it, because  like I said you, the youtube page its blocked by the Admin,that is the reason why I use this service. With the extension only changes the savefrom main page but I have the same problem.

I think only remains to wait.

About the proxy, this is a work pc and Im not the admin of the server, whatever, I post this because its a way to watch videos from youtube (that I cant access) and like i said I could do it like 3 weeks ago,without problems, this  is the reason that I post this, to researh if is a server/admin problem or a page problem (it is important to clarify that I can download videos from a similar downloader pages, only here I have problems).

Its a trouble. No directly, because I cant access from youtube, but in the past (like 3 weeks ago) I could download here without problems and watch the video in the media player. Even so I have the extension installed.
