I have installed the only SaveFrom.net helper that is available when I download anything else from your terrific site. I have Internet Explorer and Google Chrome as my browsers. Do I have to also install the extension in addition to the helper?

When I download a video from YouTube, I just type in "ss"next to youtube.com, click "GO" and it automatically goes to your site where I click "download".
