Hi! my browser is Chrome 49.0.2623 for Windows vista
It's private video and I have the password. I could download it without problems before, but now If I try to download from the extension the download time for mp4 360 videos is 1 or 2 hours and 6 or 8 hours for 1080p or 720p videos and sometimes fails. From the website it says it can't find the download link. Is it normal?
