Why can´t I download Vimeo videos?

Why the Vimeo links aren´t recognized? One of them is:  

The message I get, in Portuguese, is "download link can´t be found". Of every link I try.

Hi. It doesn´t appear to me that green arrow. I´m using Microsoft Edge, with the extension succesfully installed, but still can´t download. The SaveFrom server doesn´t seem to recognize the vimeo videos I´m trying to save.
