What Happend to My Lifetime Account?

I purchased a lifetime account but now am being prompted to enter a

License Key. Please send me a license key so that I can continue using

the Ummy Video Downloader lifetime account for which I have already

paid.

Also, why was my original ticket on this taken down?

I lost my lifetime account license key numbers so I wrote here few days before but they are no answers

maybe they don't see here posts I think. these guys' services are really suck.
