Is it possible to add a prefix in the filename like the username of the Instagram photo?

Like when I download media on social media sites such as Facebook or Instagram, it would be great to add a reference of the account (preferably the Username) on the downloaded filename.

Hello I would also like to request the same for Tiktok downloads. It would be best to include the tiktok username/ID in the filename. Thank you!
