I have been using this service for 7 months (the free download). It has

always been dependable and easy to use. Today, I decided to purchase the monthly subscription because I was thinking it would provide higher quality access to YouTube videos. What a terrible mistake and waste of money!!! So what is happening with this service?

Hello, Please, let us know what is the name of the program you are using for downloading videos?

For the better understanding it'll be great to see a screenshot with the error.
