I have been using this downloaded for months now but whenever I try to download something it just says service is not available. How can I fix this?

I use the website en.savefrom.net

Browser: Mobile Safari UI/WKWebView iOS

This is happening again now, in May. Will it be fixed again? I have Ummy downloaded on my desktop and laptop; neither once works.
