Ummy can't "find" highest resolution that is available on YouTube

Occasionally Ummy can only find a lower resolution than YouTube has up. For instance, this one 

Youtube video

 is on YouTube at 1080p but Ummy only shows 360p available.  Have tried reloading URL, closing & reopening Ummy, installing latest version of Ummy, but problem persists.  (Most video downloads are available at the same max resolution available on YouTube.)  Thanks for any advice.

Incorrect. Here's a screen capture clearly showing the video playing at 1080p on YouTube while Ummy is showing download availability only in 128 & 360.  Note that the URLs on both are the same.  

Ummy Video Downloader cannot download this video in high quality, even if on Youtube 1080p.

Youtube does not give it to download in high quality.
