cant download from youtube. and i cant update the extension

im using firefox by the way

couldnt remove the old version but disabled it to install the new one. i have the new version but still doesnt work on youtube.

Open the profile folder.

Close the browser before deleting files.

Delete in the extensions folder, delete helper-sig@savefrom.net

Also delete in the folder browser-extension-data remove helper-sig@savefrom.net

Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

just followed the things you told but i cant open the folder. security error or some sh*t. does it going to work if i uninstall and reinstall mozilla again ?

it's like my laptop is cursed and i cant use THE ONLY THING that i needed on it. nothing works.
thank for the help. if you have another ways (except buying a new laptop) i would really appreciate it.
