What have you installed the Savefrom, Tampermonkey, Violentmonkey, MeddleMonkey extensions?
Remove Tampermonkey, install according to the instructions: https://en.savefrom.net/faq.php#ext_inst_chrome
Clean up cache and hooks in browser.
I followed what you said and now it tried to download something but failed. It shows "videoplayback.txt Failed - Forbidden".
