Why can’t I download more than 2 dailymotion videos at the same time

in the beginning I was able to download multiple dailymotion videos at the same time but last couple of months I couldn’t download more than 2 dailymotion videos at the same time... when i click download it shows like on the photo and after I refresh it several times only I can download the dailymotion video that also only 2 not more than that  648A3FE5-08AC-4843-9819-63B3E3EE0300.png

I’m using an iPhone 7 and is there anyway to sort out the problem because in the beginning I was able to download multiple dailymotion videos at same time couple of months ago only this problem started
