DETAILS:

I noticed that when I try to download files (any files), it occasionally would give the error above, but with repeated attempts,

it will eventually relent. One approach is to try another download frame rate (480, 380, 240, etc.). Sometimes it will work, sometimes it will not. The occurrence is random, I'm not sure if the successful attempts were due to what I did or not. Right now the link given above is consistent, it won't download. No other methods work. Hope you can find a solution to this. Thanks.
