How do I uninstall your program - I can't stand the pop-ups?

I use both Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.  It happens regardless of which one I'm using and also happens when I'm not in either.  I'll open up my laptop and they'll be a notice about malicious malware or "young china girl want to talk to me", etc.  It's constant since I downloaded savefrom and I've googled how to remove it and it still hasn't worked.
