it's not working. at all. every website, it's disabled. I've checked the settings. I also have the latest update 4.16 in Opera

it's not working. at all. every website, it's disabled. I've checked the settings. I also have the latest update 4.16 in Opera. I've flipped it to enable, refreshed, to no avail. I'm on my laptop, windows 10.
