how do I uninstall the ad popups coming from this site. en.savefrom.net ?

chrome, concern is pop-up in lower-right of screen. I'm willing to uninstall the savefrom program and/or chrome if necessary to stop this pop-up

This just tells me how to disable pop ups, I want to uninstall completely.   Please give specific instructions on how to completely uninstall from Windows 10 using Chrome.

Hello, if you want to remove an extension from the Google Chrome browser, remove one of these extensions from Tampermonkey, Chameleon, Violentmonkey, MeddleMonkey from the add-ons.

I do not have any of those Chrome Extensions installed, but I continue to receive popups in the lower right corner of my screen from en.savefrom.net.  How do I completely remove this software and all the ads from my computer?
