For the better understanding it'll be great to see a screenshot with the error.

If you go on Youtube....and on a video...you click the green arrow,and than a small window flips open,and you can choose
the format,what you want to download.
All other formats are there.In the Preferences i unchecked also the 3gp box,and normally there must be
the choice to click on 3gp download for a smaller fileformat to download.
But 3gp is missing since yesterday in the flipping small window. Understand?
And this is happening on Youtube. No Error window came. Only 3gp download format is missing for click.

savefrom addon loaded from googleplay
3gp box in prefs is unchecked
3gp missing in download choice.

Send a couple of links to the video where there is a 3gp format for testing.
Do you download via the extension SaveFrom.net Helper or the website SaveFrom.net?
We do not have the Savefrom extension in the Google Play Market
It happen to all Videos on Youtube.
3gp download is no more available.
I hope this info is enough now.

We are not to blame for this, Youtube itself has removed the 3gp format, there is nothing we can do about it.
