Forgot user id and password

I bought Ummy a few weeks ago but didn't write down user name or password. My laptop crashed and now I use a second laptop. How can I put Ummy on this one.  My email is...piekar66@hotmail.com   1186 Carolcrest Court, Sleepy Hollow, Illinois 60118
